We had an amazing time at Kolemen Homes during our stay in Istanbul. The location was ideal, close to Galata Tower and Istikal Caddesi. The host was incredibly helpful, providing us with great advice and allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent and kitchen utensils. We even enjoyed relaxing days in the cozy and beautifully decorated home. a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this nice apartment near Galata, Istiklal St, and Sishane Metro. the location was perfect, with attractions within close walking distance. the apartment was very clean and had good heating, which was especially important during the winter. the host, Hulya, was lovely and accommodating, making our stay stress-free and relaxing. Special thanks to Hulya for her hospitality and making sure everything was perfect for us. We also appreciated the size of the apartment and its good facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

The location was mind-blowing! Walking distance to all major attractions, trams, and metro. The host was super responsive and provided a cot for our baby. The apartment was jaw-droppingly clean and well-equipped.

The furnished balcony overlooking the streets of Beyoglu was like a hidden oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. I could sit there for hours, people-watching and soaking in the lively atmosphere.

Personally, I found the basement location of the bathroom a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that some people might enjoy the privacy and separation it offers.

Comfortable bed and easy-to-use sofa bed. Great location in a lively area with shops and bars. Host provided tea in the kitchen cupboard, a nice touch after a long day of walking.

Nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay at Kolemen Homes in Istanbul, I was impressed by two key features. the database provided by the hotel was safe and secure, ensuring the privacy and protection of my personal information. the owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even when I struggled to locate the apartment due to road construction, the owner stayed on the phone with my taxi driver until we successfully found the property. the hotel was just 300 meters from Sishane-Zemin Istanbul and a short distance of 2.6 km from Sultanahmet Tram.

If I were to highlight a minor negative aspect, I would mention that initially, finding the apartment was a bit challenging due to the ongoing road construction in the area. However, once I reached the property, I realized that it was actually very close and well-connected to various transportation options.

We got great value for our money with clean, cozy apartments and everything we needed during our stay, including a Turkish coffee pot and shower gel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a cute impasse with interesting shops and cafes, and close to Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. The staff, especially Hülya, was always ready to help and gave us good advice. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Breakfast offerings could be improved.

I had an exceptional stay at a fabulous location in a hip and safe part of the city. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and iron. The proximity to Galata Tower and trendy shops and cafés was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
